Instructors have the ability to give individual students due date extensions on OWL assignments. Of course it is up to department and instructor policy if and when an extension will be given.
If you are given an extension on an OWL assignment, the Course Assignments page will display your revised due date followed by an asterisk. The assignment will appear in the current or past due list based on your extension date. In this way, an assignment with an extension will stay current until the extension due date.
