Your new scores are not being displayed because the assignment is either past the due date or you’ve used up all of your attempts. You should be able to tell if your assignment is past due because the assignment appears in the Past Due list of assignments and not the Current list.
I’m not getting credit for answering questions.
In QuestionPool mode, when there is more than one question in a unit, you must answer all needed questions correctly, IN THE SAME ATTEMPT AT THE UNIT, to receive credit. Use the Next button to navigate to the next question within the unit. When you have attempted all of the needed questions, click the Unit Menu button. If you did not master the unit, you can try it again. But remember that you won’t get credit for the questions that you did correctly in the previous attempt; you have to start the unit all over again.
The Next button is disabled when you have come to the last question in an assignment of type Question or Exam or the last question in the unit in a QuestionPool type assignment. Click the Unit Menu button. From here you can see your status on all the questions and units, and proceed on to any others on which you still need to work.
The Unit Menu will show you the details of your current status on an assignment. The Assignments page will show you your grade on each assignment.
Nothing happens when I click a link or button
None of the links or buttons in OWL should be double-clicked, just click them once. Response may be slow at times. Please be patient.
Enter a "degrees" sign as a superscripted lowercase letter o, like this: "^o^". To enter units of "degrees Celsius", you'd type "^o^C".
If you want to try a problem again after you have gotten it wrong, click the Redo Question button (if available). You will need to do this even if you return to the Unit Menu first and then go to the question. If the Redo Question button is not provided, you will need to start the unit over to be presented with a new version of the question or a new set of questions.
